What we collect

Information you give us. When you call, text or email us, we receive the contact details you share (such as your name, phone number and email) and whatever you choose to tell us.

Find My Plan (optional). If you add your name and email on the Find My Plan results and click Book, we save your name, email, and a one-line summary that is not about your health (for example, the type of coverage you have now, who needs coverage, and a rough monthly budget). We keep this for up to 120 days so Jeff can prepare for your call.

Health answers are never stored or sent. Find My Plan questions about things like a planned surgery, prescriptions, specialist visits or pregnancy only change the wording on your screen. They never leave your browser.

Booking. Appointments are booked through Calendly. Calendly receives the details you enter in the booking form and shares them with us so we can call you at the time you chose.

Anonymous website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. It does not tell us who you are.

To answer your questions, prepare for and hold your appointment, help you compare and enroll in coverage, and follow up after your call.

To improve this website.

We never ask for your Social Security number by email or text. If sensitive details are needed to enroll you, we collect them securely at that time.

Do not sell or share my info

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We only share what is needed to help you, such as with the insurance company you choose to apply with, or service providers that run this site and our scheduling.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and see how pages are used. The booking calendar (Calendly) may also set cookies when it loads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site still works without them.

Your choices: see, correct or delete your info

To ask what we have, correct it, or delete it, email [email protected] or call 817-980-8804. We will take care of it promptly. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
